I had a great experience at this hotel, as it was very clean, offered stunning views, and was perfectly located in the heart of the city.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a very good stay in a business trip. We where in the twin/double room with a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV set. The location was perfect, relatively near Cliffe High Street.

No major issues - everything was up to par!

The bathroom is poorly designed and gets flooded every time you take a shower.

We had a lovely romantic escape and the hotel ticked many boxes for us. the hot water in the shower was great and the staff were welcoming and helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to a popular attraction. the hotel offered good value for the price.

The room didn't have a fridge and that the noise level in the hallway was quite high.
